Excited to be bringing the Green Fair to Barkingside 23 June

Ok, so we had some set-backs with the main Green Fair this year (see the blog below) but we've got a great plan B!

The Redbridge community festival with a green theme is on-the-road.
Saturday 24 June 11-5pm,
Ken Aston Square, 140 High Street, between the Library and the Leisure Centre

Come for a wonderful day where we take over the lovely Town Square in Barkingside and areas around the library and leisure centre.

We've got 2 weeks to go and we are still adding features as we keep getting great ideas and offers :)

Music all day
20 + stalls with green products, crafts, eco attractions, information, and lots more
Veggie food (much lower carbon footprint folks)
Arts and performances, dancing and workshops galore - all participatory (we're big on participation!)

We piloted the idea last year in Barkingside with a mini mini fair.....

With thanks for the Redbridge Arts grant to fund this,and help from Vision. Hopefully next year proper funding and support will be available for the main event in Melbourne Field, Valentines Park.

Delighted to announce the date of the 2019 Redbridge Green Fair as Sunday 7th July in Valentines Park. We expect to have our funding confirmed at end of February and will be ready with stalls' booking forms from 1st March. We are planning and seeking
