While the Cat’s Away

"While the Cat's Away" is a jazz band/collective based around a fortnightly gig at the Rose and Crown Theatre Pub in Walthamstow, 53 Hoe Street, London E17 4SA  (next: tomorrow, 5th June) and another at Tottenham Chances  399 High Road, London N17 6QN (from next week, Thursday, 14th June).

Today’s line-up consists of
  Singer – Sue Jameson
  Violin – Peter Sellars 
  Saxophone – Leszek Kulaszewicz
  Guitar – Chris Foley
  Bass – Jasmine Ali
  Drums – Dave Clarke

The band plays Jazz standards, up-beat and mellow and is available for parties, formal functions and gigs. Line-ups can vary depending on the gig and the musicians, our particular brand of Jazzy sunshine can brighten up any occasion.

We have taken our slice of gentle cheer to a number of other venues around North and East London including private parties and functions, charity events, pubs and clubs.
