Community Yoga

Being in nature is wonderful for you, doing yoga is wonderful for you, enjoying the experience with others is even more wonderful.  Put these three elements together and you have Community Yoga In The Park.

At the Green Fair, we'll be runing two short sessions of outdoor, community yoga at 12.30pm and 5pm.  Come with a fairly empty tummy and clothes that you can move comfortably in.

Your yoga instructor Sam www.yogawithsam.com will guide you through some fun and basic yoga moves.  No prior yoga experience is necessary.  If you are new to yoga, it is great for relaxation, stress management and general wellbeing.

About your instructor:  Sam is a Kripalu yoga instructor (yoga alliance accredited), a complementary therapist and is PTTLS-certified to teach movement, complementary therapies and personal development.

About Kripalu yoga:  Kripalu means "compassion" and this teaching style emphasises self compassion, self acceptance and self enquiry.  The attention in Kripalu yoga goes on you having a meaningful inner experience during your yoga practice.  www.kripalu.org
