TTaste Homemade Chilli Oil.
Made with Olive Oil with a blend of herbs to create a beautiful unique flavour which can be added during cooking, marinade, really good for BBQ or simply add it on Pizza or Pasta for a kick to your taste buds. The most unusual, and certainly the best seller is my creation is Sichuan Chilli Oil. A peppery taste which is truly different.. a flavour which simply standalone. A quick background, I was brought up in a Chinese Take Away environment since the age of 8. Cooking comes natural for me, and I have been helping / working at my parent’s restaurant for over 10 years until I left for University.
In 2008, I was chosen to travel with Gary Rhodes to present a cookery programme called Rhodes Across China. We traveled to 7 regions, exploring food from a very various parts of China, creating 10 episodes of a wonderful food programme It was a informative beautifully shot show, showing the public that Chinese food is nothing like your local Chinese Take Away!
It was an amazing experience, and it ignited my interest in cooking again.
The creation of TTaste Chilli Oil is a combination of my love for chilli and the need to be health conscious. Also, I wanted to create an oil with a punch of flavour and best of all, very versatile.
The Difference Is In The TTaste

Riverford Organic Vegetables
Riverford began in Devon in 1987, delivering organic vegetables to 30 local homes. word spread and with it came the challenge of how to meet demand without comprimising a commitment to local growing and employment, supporting local farmers and keeping a close link between grower and consumer. The solution was to team up with sister farms who share the same ethos, growing and delivering to their local areas. There are now four Riverford sister farms in the UK: the original Wash Farm in Devon growing and delivering to homes in the South West and South East; Sacrewell Farm in Cambridgeshire covering East Anglia and the Midlands; Home Farm in North Yorkshire covering the North and Upper Norton Farm in Hampshire covering central Southern England. Together, the four sister farms deliver to around 40,000 homes in the UK each week.
The company has won many awards including Best Online Retailer 2010 and 2011, and Best Ethical Business 2009 in the Observer Ethical Awards, Best Organic Retailer 2009, the Fruit and Vegetable category in the 2009 Soil Association Awards plus Best Independent Retailer inthe RSPCA Good Business Awards. Its restaurant the Riverford Field Kitchen won best Ethical Restaurant 2009 and 2010 in the Observer Food Monthly Awards. Riverford's first book, the Riverford farm Cook Book, was published in September 2008 by Fourth Estate and won Best First Book on British Food 2009 at the Guild of Food Writers Awards. This was followed by a second book in 2011, Everyday and Sunday, Recipes from Riverford Farm.
In 2010 Riverford launched a "Riverford Cooks" campaign to inspire people to cook from scratch using a vegbox. Riverfood Cooks work up and down the country in their local communities on activities from cooking lunches in people's homes through to public cokkery workshops and demos.
Our stall will include a selection the fruit and vegetable boxes we supply and information on our full range. We hope to interact with the many people who visit our stand and are always happy to answer any questions about our box scheme.

Caribbean Cuisine
Since 1985 I have traded locally as Caribbean Cuisine and have over this time developed my business to travel to large events further afield traveling as far as Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Great Yarmouth, Somerset, Bristol and Coventry.
I have a passion for food and cooking which has led me to take advantage of the influx of many foods available on the market imported from the Caribbean; as a result I am able to play a small part in ensuring that the traditional flare and culture continues through the generations. We also have the pleasure of introducing Jamaican cuisine to a much wider and diverse community.
Our food is very traditional and culturally a fusion of two cuisines, our dishes are fresh, wholesome and fulfilling. Our food is cooked on cast iron stoves in large aluminium pots and BBQ drums, which ensures that our food is always delicious. Many of our products are sourced from Spitalfield Market and other specially selected markets, it is not easily obtained and hopefully we are the only traders preparing and doing what we do, it gives us immense enjoyment and pleasure when we see how we are able to please a large number of different people’s palates, our main aim is to provide our customers with a wonderful experience through our food fusion, as well as our exotic fruit corner which we are sure will clean and refresh those palates.

Friends of Wanstead Parklands
Wanstead Park is a Grade II* listed incredibly historic park. Dr Simon Thurley, leading architectural historian and Chief Executive of English Heritage, recently wrote that Wanstead Park is “of immense importance, being one of the most significant Parks in England”. Sadly the Park has been in decline for many decades and really needs a “make over”. English Heritage has placed the Park on their Register of Parks and Gardens “At Risk”. The Friends of Wanstead Parklands aim to raise awareness of the deteriorating condition of the Park and the benefits a restored and regenerated Park would bring to the residents of Redbridge.
As a member of the Friends Group you could make your mark on this amazing land and waterscape for the benefit of future generations.

Give or take events are a great way of getting rid of items that you don't need, and taking items you do. Simply turn up on the day with items that you want to give, or come along and take what you need. You don't have to give something to take something.
You can give or take just about anything, as long as it is re-usable: household items, kitchenware, bric-a-brac, books, DVDs, toys, small & portable items of furniture.
We are unable to accept: clothes, electrical items, paint or other liquids, bulky or heavy items.
