Rich Sylvester's storytelling

Rich tells stories for adults and children of all ages on environmental and historical themes.  He will be out and about throughout the day at Redbridge Green Fair, like a Pied Piper, enchanting everyone with his story-walks. He likes to call his work "JIGSAW" - Journey Into Green Space And Waterways

Rich Sylvester is a profesional storyteller with a commitment to history and environmental education. Alongside traditional storytelling, he works collaboratively with school and community groups on researching and creating "story- walks". More recently he has trained as a Forest Schools leader and work with early years and excluded children in greenspace and woodlands (see http://www.greenlighttrust.org/).  He has previously performed for the London Canal Museum, Museum of History of Science, London Wildlife Trust, The Royal Parks, National Trust, and Epping Forest Visitor Centre.
