Redbridge Green Fair

Learn how to grow culinary herbs and medicinal herbs inside your home (no garden or gardening skills required!). 

We will learn how to grow basil, parsley, sage and marigold.  A herbalist will teach us about the medicinal properties of sage and marigold and show us how to make remedies from these herbs to help skin conditions, including athlete’s foot, fevers, sore throats and rashes.

Deborah Syrett BSc (Hons): MCPP  is a Western Medical Herbalist who qualified at the University of Westminster.  She is a member of the College of Practitioners of Phytotherapy and resident herbalist at the Forest Farm Peace Garden in Hainault.
