We'll be learning how to make ice cream, smoothies and all kinds of yummy desserts which contain only nutritious ingredients.  Learn about how to replace sugar with healthier options, how to go dairy free with nuts and how to make desserts that require no cooking!

Lisa is co-founder and managing director of Happy Kitchen - a social enterprise that raises awareness of environmental issues surrounding the impact of food choices. They show healthy & tasty alternatives through selling food that raises money for social projects and the international charity Action Against Hunger. Lisa is a chef that specialises in vegan & raw/living food and has a background in nutrition, social enterprise & environmental consulting.
